AD–L Play to Win

Client: Allergan Data Labs

Event Name: Play to Win

Brief: The task is to create the visual identity for a company-wide event in Las Vegas, with the theme “Play to Win.” The concept should be rooted in a type of strategy that aligns with the company’s mission. The event will represent all branches of Allergan Aesthetics.

Conclusion: The final concept is based around a grid/checkerboard, with the squares on each piece filling up or being cut out of pages. This is something that can be built upon, taken away from, and rearranged to find a strategy that fits. The Allergan Aesthetics color scheme and photography was used consistently throughout, achieving brand recognition and consistency. See the bottom of this page for concept explorations and process.

Process:

The initial concept board was focused on digital games and pixelation. During the design process, the concept evolved from an Atari, online gaming theme, and was thoughtfully refined into a clean grid-based design through client feedback and gradual simplification.
