Senior Digital Designer
As the first in-house designer at Calibrate, my primary responsibility was to shape the visual language of the brand, utilizing limited brand guidelines. I collaborated with various teams to understand their design requirements and gain insight into our customer base. Through this process, I created a friendly, cohesive, and informative visual identity on a sensitive topic – weight loss.
One of my key focuses was on email marketing. By analyzing data, understanding our core audience, and experimenting with visual elements, we developed attention-grabbing email campaigns that increased our conversion rates by 500%.
I closely collaborated with the brand marketing team on various social media campaigns, newsletters, and downloadable PDFs, including our first annual Results Report.
It was a privilege to work with such amazing teams on such a crucial topic, and I am proud that my contribution played a significant role in shaping the brand’s identity.
